This is worth mentioning that learning is easier when you have an excellent teacher, but how things have changed in the recent years, accessibility to school & time saved to reach there has become as important. In today's competitive world, every child is expected to compete with one another. Therefore, it is our responsibility to help them with adequate time for competition & socializing. In Westview we aim to bring school nearer to the child to address the highlighted challenges.
With the advent of technology, books have started to loose charm, which we aim to fix. Technology plays a very important role in today's education system as it enables teaching, but on the other hand distracts child to focus on content rather than technology. The curriculum we designed may sound traditional but we aim to strengthen the basics first through interactive activity based, logical sessions with our children.

Fine Motor Development
Fine motor skills is the ability of the child to use smaller muscles like hands, fingers, and wrists. The activities include writing, stirring , mixing, eating, fixing blocks and puzzles etc. According to Healthline, " Babies and toddlers develop fine and gross motor skills at their own pace. Some children develop some skills earlier than others, and that’s perfectly normal. Children usually begin to acquire these skills as early as 1 or 2 months old and continue to learn additional skills through preschool and early elementary school. "
Cognitive Development
Cognitive development is the ability or the skill of the child to observe, think and reason. Like other forms of child development the Cognitive development of children happens differently for lower age groups and the teenagers. 6 to 12 years aged children develop concrete way of thinking, which is referred as "concrete operations". These skills develop with objects and events like adding, separating, organizing different objects. The adolescent children between the age of 12 and 18 years get into complex logical thinking, called "formal logical operations", which enables them to have ideas, questions, opinions, process etc
Gross Motor Development
Gross motor skills is the ability of the child to use larger muscle movements like the arms and legs. It’s these larger muscle groups that allow babies to sit up, turn over, crawl, and walk. Similar to Fine motor skills, different children take different time to learn these skills, which is normal. With activities including playing, running, jumping etc we help our child speed up the learning process.
Personality Development
Children go through a typical growth cycle, which involves many aspects of the life. While the children go through the changes of life, teacher and parents can shape up their personalities, who they will be in the future. It is important for teacher and parents to utilize the want of learning of a child to build their personalities. should utilize this characteristic to start building their personalities. The personality development of a human being must start at a very early stage, as it is usually very difficult to change any basics or principle that they would have framed over the years. A very well developed personality is need by every individual to succeed in their life attributed to the thought process, attitude, behavior, communication abilities, and physical features of an individual.
Psycho-social Development
Erik Erikson was an ego psychologist who developed one of the most popular and influential theories of development. According to him their are 8 stages of Physio-social development, which includes
Public Speaking Skills
To prepare our kids as future leaders it is important to ensure we groom this talent from the very beginning. To do so we plan to develop kids vocabulary through essay writing, class discussions, debates etc, which will help boost the confidence of the child. We encourage of children for story telling.
